Welcome to Vergie Conditioning & Health (VCH) Boot Camps!!

Whether you are new to fitness - recovering from an injury - looking for a change in your regular workout…we have workouts to suit your needs.  Our boot camps are designed to be total body workouts which are fun, motivating and challenging.

Our sessions consist of…

  • Circuit Training - is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training
  • The focus is on weight loss, increasing strength and cardiovascular fitness


  • Strength Training – is primarily an anaerobic activity, however, we will be using it in  combination with our circuit training
  • The benefits are…an increase in bone density, improved metabolism and more flexible joints


  • Core Stability – with insufficient core stability…
  • You will experience lower back pain, poor posture and weak hips


  • Nutritional guidance – we will provide appropriate tips for safe weight loss – by informing you of what and when to eat specific foods


The results that you are looking for will depend on the level of effort that you put into each class.

It is your choice - whether you sign up for 2, 3 or 5 times per week.

Each session is 1 hour in duration.  No matter your age, shape or fitness level - you will be guaranteed to get a great workout!

We are beside Laser Trek. Our building is just off of Flint Road – behind the Heritage Professional Building.

Boot Camp Schedule

Morning Camps

  • Monday - Friday – 6-7am

  • Monday - Friday – 7-8am


Lunch Hour Camps

  • Monday – Friday – 12-1pm

 

Evening Camps

  • Monday - Friday – 5:30-6:30pm

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 6:30-7:30

 

Weekend Camps

  • Saturday – 8-9am

  • Saturday – 9:30-10:30am

 


Boot Camp Monthly Packages

  • 2 times a week = $160 (including GST)
  • 3 times a week = $209 (including GST)
  • 5 times a week = $299 (including GST)

FAQ’s

1. What do I need to bring to class?

  • Water bottle
  • Stretching mat
  • Clothes that are comfortable and your running shoes  

It is also very important that you bring a nutritious post workout snack.  Be ready and dressed to participate in all classes.

2. What will these boot camps do for you?

These boot camps will strengthen your body and mind.  You will...

  • Increase your cardiovascular fitness
  • Firm up your muscles
  • Lose unwanted fat and inches
  • Have fun while working out

You will also notice a positive increase in your self-esteem.  These boot camps are a wonderful way to get you active and keep you active.  Fitness is a lifestyle not a trend.

3. Are all the classes designed the same?

When you come to boot camp, expect the unexpected.  Each session is different, challenging and fun.  The classes will consist of resistance training, core stabilizing exercises, cardio and circuits.

Fitness Leader Diploma, Bkin, Masters of Teaching Degree

Kelly has always had a passion for being active and living a healthy lifestyle.  As a youngster she participated in many sports and activities.  She had been running marathons since 1998 - including the Boston Marathon.

Kelly loves to weight train, bike and participate in aerobic type classes.  She loves to push herself to the limits and lives by this motto “Excuses don’t get results!”

Kelly has her Fitness Leadership Diploma from Mount Royal Collage, as well as her Kinesiology Degree and Masters of Teaching Degree from the University of Calgary.

During the past year, all of Kelly’s Boot camp client’s have seen great results... physically, mentally and emotionally.  With Kelly’s passion for running, she also helped her clients accomplish their first 5 km & 10 KM race this spring.

Kelly has been teaching Junior High physical education since 2001.

With teaching students of all different fitness levels, Kelly has a great handle on modifying and adapting exercises.  Through positive motivation and living by example, Kelly is an inspirational trainer who is honest and has integrity.
